Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to applicable Egyptian law.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, in perfect condition as delivered, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and components.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange, to the extent permitted by law.
• Custom-made products may be subject to legal exceptions.
• Please contact Anywhere before returning any item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via info@anywhereco.net or WhatsApp at +20 102 820 9244.
2. Provide your order number, the reason for the request, and photos where relevant.
3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the product back.
4. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, and with all included items.
5. Once received and inspected, eligible exchanges or refunds will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where available. We will review the matter in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

• Please submit cancellation requests as early as possible, preferably before production or shipment begins.
• Orders requiring a down payment, including custom-made or made-to-order items, may be subject to cancellation restrictions once production has started, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated before confirmation.
• Refusing delivery does not automatically guarantee a refund.
